Overview
I was approached by my brother-in-law to design and develop a website for his car service company, Integrity Transportation. The goal was to introduce a digital footprint and highlight two key areas of his business - requesting a quote and services.
With a client base spanning everyday riders to airport and executive transportation customers, the website was designed to reflect and support the full range of services offered across the business.
The Challenge
Elevate the existing brand of Integrity Transportation by growing their online presence through a site launch and enhanced SEO, ultimately helping with organic growth.
Design Process
After identifying Integrity's primary objectives, the website strategy was structured around three core sections: Services Offered, Vehicles, and Contact Information, including both phone and contact form options. From there, a cohesive style guide was developed to align with the company’s existing logo and brand identity.
Wireframes
The new design language focused on clean typography and hierarchical content for rapid scanning.
The Outcome
The website has been live for approximately two years, giving Integrity the opportunity to establish an independent online presence beyond third-party platforms like Yelp. Since launch, the site has received positive feedback from both Nick and his customers, particularly for its ease of navigation and user-friendly experience.
In addition to strengthening the company’s online visibility, the website now serves as a direct communication channel through a custom-built contact form, allowing Integrity to better engage with and respond to customer inquiries.
